Here is the quote from the FAQs under Links if you downloaded the toolbar:

The minimum balance for cashing out is $25. At least $15 of your balance must come from completed offers.

I suggest reading all the FAQs and watching all the Tutorial videos at least once or twice straight through. Oldbuddy covers a great deal of helpful information in a nicely wrapped little package.  ;D
