How Often do You Shower?

I shower everyday.  Its a nice feeling after taking shower.

i shower daily. i have to after work, or i'd just feel disgusting. if you're just going to throw your hair into a ponytail or something, you can at least jump in the shower and clean your body. that doesn't take much time at all.

Everyday. I have to because I work out everyday and if I didn't shower after it, I would feel disgusting. I wash my hair every other day, though.

I think it's funny people are getting hasty with people if they do not shower EVERY day. I love to shower, and I do so everyday, but some people don't have the time or resources to do so everyday. Like I met this guy the other day who said he showered 3 times a day...Guess he thought it made him look clean...I thought he looked like a wasteful idiot. It reminds me of those people who blow smoke outta their butts and say they would NEVER wear jeans two times in a row or they wouldn't DREAM of going awhile without shaving their legs for a week...PUHHH LEASE. I'll be honest about things like this. I shower daily, sometimes every other day, I wash my hair two to three times a week AS RECOMMENDED and I'll wear hoodies, jeans, etc more than once if they don't smell. I'm not perfect and I admit it.  Props to everyone else who has too.

I shower every 2 days - I'm a busy Mom, so spending an hour a day showering and doing my hair isn't possible.  But if I spend an hour one day, the next 2 days all I have to do is brush and tease my hair because of the style I do...15 minutes of my time.  More time to spend with my kid!

You shower every two days!!!!!!!!!!-now that is just nasty and gross.  I take a shower in the morning and in the evening- 2x a day.  Why do you spend 15 minutes on your hair?  No Mom is too busy to keep their body clean.

At least twice a day.  Once first thing in the morning when i wake up, and either when i get home from work and/or before i go to sleep.

How is showering every 2 days nasty? That's like, every other day...It's normal. Oh, and by the way, when you shower TWO times a day, you're stripping your body of much needed natural oils and your body won't be able to uphold natural minerals that keep your hair shining, your skin young, etc etc. Showering once a day is good, but twice a day? Way too much. Unless you have a strenuous job.

Even celebrity stylists say you should NEVER wash your hair or anything everyday!

I like the feeling of always feeling fresh....but i also have to be careful with my hair because it is very damaged and drys out quickly...any suggestions on how to restore my damaged hair

If you shower 3 times a day you are stripping your skin of all its natural oils.    2 times  a day is okay.  Per the dermatologist.  Celebrity stylists huh.  I am glad I don't listen to people like that.

Every other day if I'm staying at home doing nothing.  Shower everyday if I'm going somewhere.  In the summer, it's once a day, and sometimes twice a day, but not often.  I only wash my hair twice a week.  I change my sheets every 3 days.

I like what lilblondie wrote above.  Who cares how often you shower or not, as long as your not offending anyone with your BO.....it's no business of mine if you shower everyday or not.
