I have a couple suggestions.
The first one is easy - but not guaranteed to give you the results you want, because it requires a bit of luck that someone else finds your post. On your FC account, you're shown your Referral's names. So, why not attempt to solicit a response from them by posting a message in the Forum with their name? Something like: "Hey <referral's name>, thanks for joining Fusion Cash. You're my referral! How did you find Fusion Cash?" And see if that person responds. I don't think this is against any rules, is it?
The second suggestion is a little more involved, but it works for me. Get yourself a website, and direct your promotions when clicked on to take the potential clicker to your website first. Have a background statistics program running on your site that will track where people come from, and what they do on your website. Websites can be free, and so are many stat programs. You'd be able to track visitors to your site, and depending on your stat program, what people click on. What it won't do for you, necessarily, is tell you who's who, but you might be able to make an "educated guess" if someone came to your website today, clicked on something today, and all of a sudden you have a new referral today. Get the idea?
The concept behind both suggestions is changing your philosophy. Instead of WAITING for Fusion Cash to come up with a way to track YOUR referrals for YOU, do it yourself. I have 3 referrals myself, and I just happen to know exactly where they all came from. (I know, I know, I'm boasting, patting myself on my back, call me arrogant, hehe).
