A Referral Problem

I hope I am placing this post in the right place but I have a referral who is trying to sign up to Fusion Cash but when she types in her email address it tell her that it is invalid and that profanity is not allowed. Her email starts with spa and then four numbers. She also tried another email address that begins with seqcave and some numbers and gets the same message. What shall I tell her to do? She is about to give up.

how come when i post my referral link on a site then i go to look at it it doesent show my referral? it just showes fusioncash... and if they click it who's realy getting the credit?
