Its against it in the bible, at least for men, but the bible was written by man and so, it is not the unadulterated work of God.
The only argument I need is: it's in nature.

Marie, you are flip flopping so much I'm getting whiplash.  I'm surprised you haven't broken your back yet the amount you flip flop.  First you reply to me that you're not a Jew but a Christian, and therefore the Torah has nothing to do with your religion... newsflash... the Torah is the untranslated Old Testament... part of your bible.  Then you said you aren't a Christian when MommyWifey stated you were making Christians look bad.

How do you expect to have it both ways?  Either you are or you aren't.  Don't claim it only when its convenient and then deny it when its comfortable to do so.  People have died because of their religion.  Not saying you should die for yours, but you can at least make a statement about your beliefs and stand by it.  It takes strength of character to stand up for what you believe in, especially when you don't cut others down in the process... others that have stood up for you in the past, such as Annella, Sheryl, Sherene, and Jcribb... they are strong Christians who believe in these "nutjobs" you are currently lambasting.

I don't have to make you believers of God look ignorant because you're. If you knew anyone that claims they have heard a voice is mentally ill in todays world then the same applies to biblical times.  nope there isnt anything wrong with that at all. and you may not fit into a specefic religion. I was raised and confirmed Catholic making me a Christians but i dont agree with every little thing they believe in..
