I understand How to do everything besides the Signing offers part.A little help?

I get credited for some of the Surveying and Offers I feel out then there some I dont get credited for.. Do I have to sign up for the sites and everything or what Im Confused help Please

i don't think we're allowed to tell you exactly how to fill out offers, so i'll just say to make sure you get entirely through the offer and follow the instructions carefully.
