That's what posting is about. Writing something that contributes to the conversation or helps someone else. Smileys do not. All you have to do is find a topic that is of interest to you and you'll want to write more. Just so you know, if you post in the Word Chains and Countdowns section or in the Contests and Promotions section, those posts do not count toward your 30.
