No, the $5 sign up bonus is a bonus not an offer.  The $15 has to be in offers with a total including bonus' of $25.  Welcome to our group.  I hope you make a bunch.....   OOOps, I guess I only answered part of your question.  Yes, you can cashout as soon as you get to $25 (with $15 in offers) but whenever in the month it is, you still won't be paid till about the 20th of the next month.  One other note....when you cashout your account will say it's pending until the amount is paid out to you.  Hope this helps...

great Job, the $5.00 bonus is not counted as an offer, it counts as a bonus but it does go to your check. remember! you need to get $15.00 in offers though and the rest can be from bonuses (referring friends) and such good luck on getting your Check!

I can relate!  My friends all ignore sites like this one, and I really don't have anyone else to refer.  People here say that the cash can really pile up when you start referring, and I'm envious that they know others who will take a chance on survey sites like this to get that bonus.

Better try to get traffic to your referral link then. BTW, the person has to sign up through your referral link in order to count as your referral. There's no easy way to refer strangers to your link. You can slave for hours on sites like easyhits4u for traffic and even some money. Or you can pay for advertising. Either way hope for the best.
