Is there any way to acctivte a paypal account without a credit card or bank account?
Either of which I have =(
So I can't spend my money because I have reached the spening limits Dx

I know you can get a PayPal account and then apply for a PayPal debit card, but I think they have to have some way to prove you are who you say you are.
