Well woman and men we already know that relationships are about love, trust, honesty, loyalty, friendship, respect, and more!!! Some thing like those things but in reality SEX is 70% of a relationship if that's not good then the relationship isn't going to last long!!! Money Is one of the 15% because no good Woman wants a broke man, and no good man wants a broke woman!!! Communication Is the Last 15% U have to be willing to communicate with one another to understand where both individuals mind stand at!!!!

I don't know what kind of relationship you're in, but sex should definitely NOT be 70 percent of a healthy relationship!!  More like, uh...20 percent.  You're not in a normal, adult partnership if you are putting that much emphasis on sex.  Sex is what, an average of 10 to 30 minutes of your time a couple times a week?  That's a whole lotta time in-between to still be in a good relationship.

I totally agree with your first sentence. I do not know where you got your statistics from but communication in my 33 years of marriage is more important than the 70% of sex.  If you have quality of communication, then the expression of love through sex will follow. Money is a means of exchange.  We need it to exist, but most people and I have been included do not manage my priorities and set up a budget and set goals. Needs, Wants and Desires are the three categories in the world of money awareness and pay yourself first by putting 10% of your pay into savings.

I agree, get your facts straight. Communication is the most important part of a relationship. Granted sex is important but sure as heck not 70%. You're obviously a man and not a mature one at that to believe that kind of crap. If my husband and I didn't talk like we do, we probably would've killed each other in our first year of marriage.... or not even made it that far. As wonderful as sex is, my personal favorite time of day is when our son is asleep and the house is quiet, we crawl into bed and I rest my head on his chest and listen to his heart beat while we talk, mostly about nothing in particular. I love that the most.

I agree with the rest of you Communication and trust are the most important aspects of any relationship. If you lose trust in someone it's definitely hard to rebuild. Sex is just a bonus that comes with being married or partnered with someone but it shouldn't be everything. You have to leave some breathing room for talking and doing things together like going to the movies, dining out together. Doing fun stuff. If sex is 70% important in a relationship then whoever came up with that statistic must be a nympho. lol!

I'm in agreement with the other posts here. 70% sex is too much to base a lasting relationship. I believe that friendship and trust  has to be the major factors for a long term relationship.

If you think that sex is 70% of a relationship then you are a nympho and that does not add up to a relationship.  Just being with someone you love, hugging, holding hands, quietly talking is what makes a relationship.  Have you ever thought that one day you may not be able to perform?  What then is left for you to lean on.  I really feel sorry for anyone who feels that sex is most important in a realistic relationship.

I dont think a relationship is 70% sex, 15% money and 15% communication. I think sex is many 15 or 20%. Communication needs to be higher. Communication is a biggy. If you can communicate your needs and wants and desires and that you want sex, then theres a problem.

Honestly, relationship is about love and respect for one's self.  Communication, honesty,respect and love are the important but that is just half.  The other half is desire, not sex.  If you keep the first half healthy and desire alive, sex is just the icing on the cake.  Us men, long to be desired as much as women, we just don't express it the why you do.

there is still love out there, you just have to find it.

I tell you if sex was really 70% of the relationship then my marriage would be a goner. My husband works third shift, and we have a 1 year old daughter, so we don't even really get to have time to have sex. Seriously, I believe that communication and honesty are the biggest things in a relationship. If you don't have any communication, and you can't be honest with your partner what would be the point in even being in a relationship? I would have to say that sex is 70% of a relationship when you are like 16.
