I agree with the general theme of this thread.  It's not like it takes a lot of time to make a couple posts per day, so anything you get from doing that is just gravy.  I can see how it could be annoying if you really think you made enough helpful posts and you don't get the extra cash, as the site promises it.

For me personally, I'm always posting on message boards anyways, so I'd probably be here with or without the bonus.

Wow U2BMATH, you hit the nail on the head!! Problem is that so many join FC and don't read the rules!! I don't know about you, but I think participating in the forum is a blast!!! We're like one big happy family and that's what families do....they carry on conversations with each other!!

90% of the people on here don't mind helping the newbies if they have probing questions.  Some things just aren't where you think you will find them on the FC website.  When I first signed up, I went and viewed all the tutorial videos and just clicked around the site.  It's not difficult to navigate around if you watch ALL those videos.  They actually cover just about everything.

Why don't people just take the time to watch them?  While I don't mind helping people out, I can always tell when they didn't do their own homework, as they are asking about material that is covered in the information presented on the home page in those vids, rules and regs, etc.

I found some new information just this week that is NOT in the videos.  About the finer inner workings of Fusion Cash and how we get/don't get credited.  It was an eye opener.  I also like to "skim" the "Community" threads at least a couple times a week.  A lot of information can be found under "Offers", "Contests & Promotions", "Support", etc.

You get what you put into it.  Work at it because it works.  I'm amazed at the ones whining about not being able to navigate around the site to make money.  Do the homework (watch the videos), then if something isn't covered in there, then by all means ask questions.  However, nobody can do the work for anybody else.

I agree that getting paid $3 to post 30 times a month is very generous.  I wish I could find 10 more that did that.  As far as why people ask questions that we feel are basic and they should be able to figure out on their own, I think I am sometimes guilty of that too.  I join something because someone I know said I should, but then I feel overwhelmed and have too many other things to do.  I hate trying to figure it out so I usually fumble through and figure it out as time goes by.  However, most people just get frustrated and quit if they can't figure things out quickly or they think it is just easier to ask.  I think we should help those people and not get frustrated because we answer the same things over and over.  Maybe one day I help your referral so that they stay and cash out and earn you some money.  One day you might help mine.  It all works out, but I never want anyone to feel they are asking a dumb question when it comes to how to participate here.  Sometimes some of the random posts seem dumb, but hey, who am I to judge what is interesting conversation and what is not.

I agree with both of you on your points.......On one hand I don't mind helping the newbies out, especially for things that are not covered in the tutorial videos, TOS & FAQ/Help sections. But on the other hand, if one is going to join a site like this, then it is very important to familiarize oneself with the rules and how things work by reading the TOS & FAQ/Help sections. I find it amazing at how many posts I see asking questions that could be answered if they would just read the rules!! A good example is the Ongoing Promotion to Post Your Payment. You see a lot of members copying/pasting their info when the rules state to post an image - Admin has even recently posted that copying/pasting is not acceptable, yet there are still a bunch of members doing it.

I still will help answer a question even when it's covered in the TOS or FAQ/Help section, but I also try to remind them that they should read these sections and watch the videos.

The videos are for the new people coming in.  They cover just about everything.  I watched all of them, and then I could navigate my way around just fine.  Nobody had to tell me how to do the daily email, or the $.15 click for cash, how to enter my 3 posts (bonus forum form) for the monthly approval $3.00 reward, how to cash out, when to cash out, what I needed to cash out, etc.  Where did I get all this information?  The videos of course.  I don't expect someone else to do my work for me.  I've answered my share of questions for the newbies and helped out when I could, but sometimes you should take your own initiative and do the work, and find out how this site works.

There is no free lunch.  You get out of this site what you put in it.  It's one of the better sites out there.  There's money to be made if you just work at it......everyday.

Consider this, you work 40 hours a week at your job, and only get paid for 30 hours, would you be upset?

I agree with your statement times are very hard and every little bit counts, and I dont know about anyone else, but when I'm told somthing and lead to believe its true, its no joke to me especially when it comes to money I know its not a million dollars and I'm not the sort to go ballistic over pocket change but I'm not gonna totally dismiss not receiving earnings either after all I took the time out of my day to participate and my time is importaunt too.

Though thankfully so far I've always recived credit for forum post so I cant complain there, but I definitely get why a member would be upset if they didnt get credit and who ever dosent care must be rich or somthin.
