Anyone ever had a dream they thought could have been God telling them something?

I had a VERY frightening dream yesterday nnnight.It was about this Demon-possessed looking woman who had blue eyes, blonde hair and was bone-skinny. She started to distortedly walk closer and closer twords me, but I could not run away!, so She grabs for me and starts to stare at me with those terrible cat-like eyes of hers.
She clutches my arm tighter and tighter and now I am getting frantic and start to cry! I yell for her r to let me go right now and im darn scared now. She ignores me and instead yells this deep-pitched almost what a bear sounds like, scream over my voice and continues to stare me down! So i now get a hold of myself and start to pray like theres no tomorrow comin! I start to rebuke the spirit thing and yell out in scared but strong voice"I pray by Mark, 5:15  that your gone!"at that instant I woke up, The thiings that gave me chills was that  I told my sis to look  up in the Bible, Mark 5:15 and guess what? It talked about Demons! and them frighening Jesus' disciples away!
And how God says that if one does not overcome the devil and rebuke him that he WILL over come you

I had a dream like this except with zombies. After getting 2 of my friends into my aunts house, I knew I couldn't make it as they were right behind me. I punched one straight in the teeth and thus got infected. After running from them, I woke up and realized that maybe I was playing too much Left 4 Dead 2 and it had just came out the last week. The mind likes to garble things up in your mind-- old memories, current problems, happy times, items (like a bible or a game), totally abstract designs, etc. and present them in odd fashions. Fortunately I write mine down when I can; yours seems pretty mild compared to some of the monster-concepts/nightmares I've had. What do I mean by that? Dead woman on doctors table + imbelical cord with a creepy doll head floating around the room strangling people...yeah....  Cool concept though, right?

So let me ask you- have you seen any creepy movies in the last year or two? Your monster-description sounds JUST like something out of a current paranormal-esq movie. Also do you read your bible much?

  :confused1:does anyone look up their dream when this is happening. death is supposed to mean rebirth. like you are in a transformation of some sort. is this God speaking in your dreams?  I dont know. But I do believe you have guides and guardians so most likely your dream time would be when they could speak to you. Sometimes I dream so vivid and clear and I feel like Ive been in a classroom learning life experiences and the meaning. but the nightmares are unexplainable to me. possibly look up some dream info and let us know what your nightmares meant by that.

You know I love to watch the scary series clalled Walking Dead sunday nights! and I have not been reading the Bible much.....I bet my nightmare was just from those shows lol!

   I most certainly have had those types of dreams, they were not all terrible though, some of them were pleasant, like GOD is.....

There is something called sleep paralysis it's a medical term  it happens to some people and to some it never happens
in ther whole life time. I looked this up because I was told about it after I discussed some strange incedents that had happened
to me in my sleep few times in the last couple of years, it's the scarest stuff ever and I wouldn't care to discuss it again ever.
People that get these strange nitemares could swear that they are real but medicaly they say they are not they are only in your mind.
There is a deep stage of sleep that is called rem sleep stage look that up also this is the dream stage. What helped me is pray before you sleep
and dont sleep on your back because when you sleep on your back you go through the deepest sleep and that's why only people that sleep
on their backs snore.

i have dreams like those all the time, but i like dreams like that it kind of motivates me to do something or it makes me feel like i still have something i have to finish.
