Yes it DOES work for sure, I just recently recieved my first check from Fusion Cash for $50, so I know for a fact it works.
Your not gonna make a fortune or anything, but it can give you some "extra" money like you said.
If you do the daily email and daily paid to click, plus some of the free no CC offers and some surveys, you can easily average $1+ a day. If you get a bunch of referals, that $ will go up, and if you do more offers then just the no CC needed that $$ will go up even more.
And the good thing is its pretty much at your own leisure, theres no time limit on offers or surveys so you can take your time. I do mine while watching TV   (but remember after 180 days your credits will expire if you havent cashed out yet, but thats 6 months, plenty of time)
