:cat:  It hasn't been the best.  I had to take my daughter to urgent care yesterday - she passed out, was sick, temp. of 102.3, very dehydrated. She's got strept throat, sinus and ear infection, upper respiratory infection with bronchitis.  She's on 3 meds now.  I've been catering pretty much to her (and she's a young adult - I have never seen her this sick.)  Next weekend should be better for all of us~~!

I had an okay weekend.. the love of my life broke up with me and i spent most of it spiraling out of control and bawling my eyes out.. other than that, it was okay. =(

Oh wow, I'm really sorry to hear that Jcribb! I hope she feels better soon!
and sorry to hear that Markemp89. It will be okay hun, just keep your head up.

I've had a horrible weekend myself. My 2yr old has been sick, running a fever on and off all weekend.  :'( Wouldnt let me sleep at all. I woke up sunday sicker than a dog, couldnt go to work Monday, Heck, I couldnt hardly even move outta bed. I was miserable. Then my hun calls me from work saying he's being taken to the ER because his heart was hurting, and his left arm and leg were tingling. He was scared sh*tless. The ER was packed, so he just went down to his Dr and they checked him out there. I mean, he's only 28!! He really thought he was having a heart attack. His heart rate was at 148 over 95.. I'm not a doctor, but thats bad. I was so scared. He finally calmed down when they told him to not worry, its not a heart attack, but we want you to wear a heart monitor for a couple days to see whats going on.... I'm just kinda freaked out now... I've never seen him so scared. He said he's never felt that way before, and he never ever wants to feel like that again. I'm just really worried.. I just hope its not anything serious... or life threatening... I dont know what I'd do without him......Ugh...horrible horrible weekend. My nerves are shot  :crybaby2:
So sorry to hear that, sflynt.  I hope you and your 2 yr.old are feeling much better.  My daughter's fever broke late yesterday, and she is starting to feel just a tad better. She still can't go back to work yet.  As for your hubby, I sure hope everything is minor and works out great.  That's scary to go through (for both of you.)  Hang in there. :)

Thank you Jcribb. That means more to me than you know. I really appreciate that. And I'm glad your daughter is feeling better. With a mom like you, I'm sure she's in good hands. :)

:cat:  You're welcome!  I'm glad she is too.  Being sick is one thing, but passing out in the middle of the night when no one was awake and there for her is scary and haunts me as a "mommy," even if she is a young adult.  Thank you for the sweet compliment - I say "ditto" right back your way!!!  :)
