We got about 5 inches of snow yesterday.  The roads were really getting bad by the time I finished with my appointment.  I got your email but couldn't respond last night.  I'll be answering this morning. 

Sounds like you have a busy day today.  I know historically you usually have a few bad days after your shots.  Do you feel like these shots are starting to help clear things up?

I am 36 yrs old.  Currently unemployed as of 3 days ago.  I have a lot of health issues and just not in a good place in my life right now.  Some hobbies are hosting tournaments on the computer to bring entertainment to others, playing on the game site myself, crocheting when my hands are not hurting but that has not been able to happen for some years now, I had to stop making a blanket in the middle of it as my hands did not allow me to continue.  I like to watch movies at home or go bowling (which does not happen often either).  I am glad I found this site and I look forward to getting to know some members and exploring how things work here.

Well I'm glad you stopped by in here!  I have some health issues, myself, and have been out of work since May of last year.  Hope you get to know you better.  I'm sorry about your job and being unemployed, and hope things will work out for you.

5 inches!!!  Goodness gracious!  Down this way, we're wondering where winter is - it's more like spring.  Any more snow on the forecast? 

I got my asthma shots, and then had to have a tetanus booster (for the P in it) to keep me from picking up pertussis anywhere, and a B12 shot.  I'm sore all over and don't feel too swift tonight.  However, it was a busy day with 3 appts. and a short visit to my old teaching job place.  I can feel the shots kicking in.  They are helping, though.  The bronchitis is held off and my cough isn't quite so much.  Oh, and I lost 15 lbs. total since I saw my PCP last month.  But a lot of that is that other new medicine that made me very sick at first, and I'm back on it, just never hungry.

I'll be checking my email in a few.  See you there!

I really like this forum topic so thanks to the creator! I'm a 27 and single. I have a job which I'm very grateful for. Life has become a bit boring so I'm glad I found FC as an outlet for meeting like-minded people and earning extra cash. Best wishes and best of luck to everyone out there. Maxine.  Glad you are feeling good.  Pizza sounds good.  I haven't had any in a while and I love it.  I'm an early bird too and have also been suffering insomnia lately so I can be up in the wee hours too.  Hope you get a nap this afternoon!

Good morning!

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame was awesome!  We also went to the Cleveland Science Museum and the zoo.  It was a great weekend.  We topped it off by having dinner at a somewhat swanky lodge.  We paid 14 for a burger but it was excellent.  Had dinner beside a fireplace.  It was a too expensive trip but we enjoyed ourselves immensely.  We didn't go inside but we also took a picture of the house from the movie a  Christmas Story.  The leg lamp was in the window.  The gift shop, across the street, sells the lamp, bb guns, red wagon flyers and the pink bunny pj's.  Maybe next trip!

Off to FB to play my games.  I have orientation today at the school of nursing.  It's an all day event.  I hope you are feeling good today Julie.

I'm so glad you both had such a super weekend!  You managed to do quite a bit in just a couple of days.  I would love to see the "Christmas Story" house in person and visit the shop.  Actually, Roddy would too.  I wouldn't mind visiting any of those you went to.  Did they have the Beatles in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame?  I used to loooovvveeee them, especially Paul, back in the day, lol.

I hope your orientation went really well, today.  What kind of things did you do?

I'm fine - just dealing with the pinched nerve, still, and some coughing.  But my breathing is really good today!
