Judy,

Glad to hear that you are better now than you were.  You sure led/lead a busy life too.

I have to start taking better care of myself too.  I've had a bunch of trauma in my life lately and it's really taking a toll on me.  I have to get back on course and set new goals and heal.  I'm going to start attending church again and submerse myself in the word of God again too and get back in touch with my spirtual side.  I have to.

It's been like spring weather here.  Last week was in the 80s, which is starting to get a little warm for me already.  This week is in the 70s.  It's really nice with the breeze blowing in through the windows.

I will add you to my prayer journal and pray for you regarding your health issues and schooling.  That way I can pray for you with your specific needs or issues.  I'm really sorry to hear of trauma going on - it's not easy.  It's even harder when you have so much on your plate already.  I hope things ease up and settle out for you.

My daughter is having her kidney stone crushed this Wed.  We went to the hospital today and had her pre-op done.

Hope the rain goes away and our kind of weather heads your way!!  Have a great week!

Julie   :)

I am 28 years old, married with children (ages 5 and 7). I have been married for ten years and would love to travel to Italy.  I have an English degree and will start teaching next year when my youngest goes to kindergarten.  I currently stay home with the five year old while the oldest is in school. My husband works twelve hour shifts with an energy company.  I have lots of free time so I like to go shopping, go on walks with my kids, read, and relax on the couch with a good book and glass of wine when my husband is at work and the kids are asleep. I love having my own time and doing things alone, but love going out with friends as well.  I also love making hair bows and sewing.  I prefer baking over cooking. This works out bc my husband's dream is to become a chef.  He actually cooks for the guys at work when he's working night shifts and holidays.  So they love him!  So do I. That about sums it up!

Hi BabyMamaBoutique!  It's nice to meet you in FC.  Golotomer has a really nice thread going on in here.  I was able to stay home with my 3 children while they were very small, too.  I loved it.  I started teaching Preschool when my youngest was 3, just 3 days a week.  I was still attending college, too. I taught elementary grades 2 and 3 for a few years. Then I've taught elementary music, and jr./sr. high choruses.  It's always nice to meet  another teacher!  You have a very nice family and I'm glad you can spend time with your youngest before both of you go to "school."  :)

Greetings to BabyMamaBoutique.  It's great that you have been able to stay at home with your kids.  The formative years are very important.

Judy thanks for the prayers, I sure do need them, and I'll return prayers for your daughter.  Are they crushing the stones with laser?

Yes, he is trying to crush it with laser.  He did say that because it is as big as it is, that it may take a couple of extra shocks to get it to crush down.  Thanks very much for the prayers.

Keep me posted on your daughter Judy.  I have a hectic schedule for a while so just know that even if I don't touch base my thoughts are with you.

My daughter had her kidney stone surgery today.  She did good and didn't feel too much pain afterwards for awhile.  Then tonight, the pain set in.  He gave her something to take for pain, and I'm glad because I hate to see her experience that kind of pain.  Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

I know you are busy - so if I don't hear from you but every few days, I totally understand.  Hope your studies are going well. Good luck on your tests.  Maybe I will "see" you on Facebook.  Talk to you later!

Good morning all.

Jazzy I wish you the best of luck.  Let me know how you make out.

Judy.  Why is she experiencing so much pain?  Is that expected?  Let me know how she makes out.

TGIF.  I have one two tests today, have to give blood, have to assist others signing in to give blood then home for the weekend to do more homework, clean and pack.  I'm moving soon and not looking forward to that mess.

Later.

It's already 61* here and only 10:45 a.m.  It's supposed to creep up close to 87* today.  It's getting too warm too quick for me.

My daughter is doing much better from the pain after kidney stone surgery.  Yesterday she had her gallbladder test done.  Now we are just waiting for the results.

Hope your schooling/tests are going well.  As for your moving, that's not fun at all.  It's not like you have all the time in the world to get it done - it's almost like school has to come first until you are done.  Have a nice weekend and try not to work too hard.
    :)

Jazzzy, hang in there.  I'm glad you have the short term disability in place. Even though it doesn't really make it any easier with finances. Hope you feel up to par soon. Is hubby able to get on unemployment?  I guess that would help a little.  It's hard in today's time when both are not working or able to work.  Have a nice weekend!    :)

J...glad to hear your daughter is feeling better.  When do they expect the tests to be back?  Poor kid needs a break from all of the illness and sure mom does too.

Enjoy your day...
