Continous Payouts

Let me try to word this w/o being confusing lol

Would it be possible to have an offer that pays out every month?  IE. If we sign up for an offer that has a month to month membership and we remain w/them rather than canceling during the trial period, then the incentive would be a $1 payout each month we remain.  I know that would take reporting on the offers part so maybe it's too hard but thought I'd suggest it
