I eat grits when i diet because it is only 100 calories per pack. I don't add butter or anything other then hot water to it though.

The Pain Vanish smells good...that's a good place to start!  Kind of citrus-minty smell.

The NitroTrim says take 1-2 pills in morning, then again in mid-afternoon.  I took just 1 at about 2:30pm, 7 hours later I'm feeling just fine.  I've had problems with heart palpitations with caffiene or heavy work-outs...No problems with the NitroTrim so far.

I did this offer on the 14th and still have not received it...not a good sign for a 14 day trial...and one dang week is not nearly long enuff for me to be able to tell if a 'diet' pill is working...

but for those that ordered the PainVanish creme...did it at least work?....cuz while i may need to drop a few pounds, i would rather have a pain creme that actually works

I got my nitrotrim 2 days after I ordered it.  Maybe you should call and check the status of your order.  Maybe they didn't even ship it?
