where do you get  the forms to fill out for payment for posting in the forum can anyone tell me please

Go to the Fusion Cash home page and look in the upper right hand area.  It says something like "Earn $3/Mo Posting in the Forum"  Click on the link and it takes you to the instructions  (http://www.fusioncash.net/forum.php?topic=3464.0) where there is a link that you can click on for the form which can be found here:  http://www.fusioncash.net/forumbonus.php

is there a way to make money on fc quicker

Yes, by getting referrals.  Some people are really good at it.  It is certainly easier to talk to people you know either in person, or online.  If you have a relationship with thim they are far more likely to believe you.  It is a tad trickier to just find people online that might be interested, but you can do it.  Other than that, what I find is that once you do most of the free offers, you will only see one or two new ones a month, so people like me who have been here for awhile typically don't have lots of free offers to do.  I don't look at sites like FC to make a ton of quick money, but rather a way to get a check every month or two from spending just a few minutes a day here.  Although this is the best site of its kind, I spend a few minutes a day at a lot of different sites and receive a lot of checks.  Some of them may be for only a few dollars, some are around $25 or $30 and some are even more.  It all depends on how good I do at getting other people to join and see the value in doing the same thing I do.
