if you log into your account you can click the link near the top right of the page that says "Earn $3 per month for posting in the forum."   It will take you to the directions and the link for the form.

I just saw where you had to show 3 post out of the 30 you posted in order to get paid $3.00 for the month. I did not know this.

Yes, they do that because not everyone gets paid the $3 for posting.  They figure if you want the money you will do something for it, like giving them some samples.
