It's pretty easy to cash out on this site if you do the surveys every day.  You get 4 or 5 different surveys to do so it's very cool.

i always try to cashout at or around $50 takes me about 2 or 3 months to but its worth it. Always feels good to cashout

But don't you lose money when your waiting too long. Your other offers expire after a certain period of time.
