I was born in Maryland, parents moved to New Orleans. married and then moved to Texas, back to LA, then over to Georgia, (twice) then off to Colorado, then North Dakota, Minnesota and now Tennessee. I've also been to Scotland and England.

I have driven across country from Ohio To Oregon.....

Ohio, WV, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, MInnesota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Utah,  Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Tennessee, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, HAWAII ... 3 Islands and also Cancun Mexico.  

I love to travel.

I just did a big road in October.

I drove from Iowa to the middle of Mexico.  I helped move my sister-in-law there where she is planning to retire.

Other than that big trip, I mostly see IA, MN, SD because I live in the SW corner of MN and most of family is in this region.

I have been to Kansas to visit our son and family and years ago I traveled to Germany to visit him when he was on a 2 week leave from Iraq.  He took me through Germany, Austria, Italy, & Switzerland....we were in the car most of the time so I would really love to go back so I could choose one locale and visit it.

Catalina Island is here in California. I forgot exactly where the Island located. Just google it, catalina island california

ive been to Florida, Tenn, chicago, indi, iowa, nebraska, missouri, kansas, oklahoma, new mexico, texas, cali, nevada, colorado, kentucky, arizona, mexico, and jamaica i think i misted a few but thats a darn good start:)  where have you been ??

 :thumbsup:When I was younger, in the early 60's. we used to take the train from Merced, ca, to St. Louis every summer.. we also would drive all over the country to see America.. Of course, gas was about 35 cents a gallon back then too. I don't think families do thatanymore. it's too bad, because the kids now a days sure miss out on seeing some beautiful sites!
