Do offers never end?

I'm new to this but it I've been doing an offer for 15 minutes now, and I can't get through it or it takes me to something completely different where I am required a credit card which I don't have. I'm getting frustrated and I'm about to quit on this whole thing alltogether.

You normally stop when you get to a "Thank You" screen
You never have to do silver/gold offers - you stop there
