Daily Tasks

Today I was trying to do a daily task "formatting addresses" I have done these before and am usually successful.
 I kept getting responses like you answered "42 Bleecker St" the answer should be "42 Bleecker St" it was the same exact address in both instances, this kept happening they tossed me off because I did not meet the required 75% Duh well how could I, their  system must be having a problem. I logged off and went to another site where I do these formatting jobs, I did the same type and turned in 10/10 and 100% correct.
Just venting here, since you won't get a real answer from an automatic response system. It was really frustrating!
A little while ago they were doing Maintenance Fixes on all 3 sites that I visit, so maybe it was a software issue...
