I think it's rigged.

Rangers in 7. I'm in the Bay Area and a lot of people have jumped on the Giants bandwagon, but I can't betray the A's like that. Rooting for Ron Washington is the next best thing. :)

I'd like the Rangers to win, but I think the Giants will in 6 or 7.  While the Rangers have a much better offense, outside of Cliff Lee I don't think their pitching is anywhere close to SF's... that also includes the bullpen.  I think the putrid display of the Yankees' bats made Texas' pitching look a lot better than it really is.

FOX better hope for a long series, though, because I'm going to guess that ratings outside the Dallas-Fort Worth area and in San Francisco are going to be pretty bad.  Unless it goes deep and draws in the casual sports fan for the drama which games 6 and 7s bring, I wouldn't be surprised if this ends up one of the lowest rated World Series of all time.  The markets these teams are in just aren't overly big, both are considered west coast teams, which means people in the east (where the bigger markets are) rarely see them during the year, and neither has an overly large national following.

I gueass the Rangers Offense forgot to show up in the Series; good for the Giants, it's about time, 56 years.  Now let the off-season bidding begin for Cliff Lee, Yankees would be great to pick him up!!!
