I agree, some people are down right silly and won't accept FREE MONEY.  They think someone is going to hand them a million bucks for 5 minutes of work.  Get real.  You make a little money for a little of your time.  It is well worth it to me.

I agree that IP thing can be very tricky. A friend of mine wanted to refer someone. So he went to the friends place, showed the Fusioncash site, how to work etc. Then tried to create an account for his friend. But the friend's account got deactivated in a few days.  (did I confuse u??)
It is very difficult to find people who are really interested and then when you do find, things like this happen. So be careful friends. Follow the rules and be safe!!!

There has to be a way that they can monitor this without ONLY using the IP address.  So many people today have wireless and use laptops that the IP addresses can change often.

I know that my service provider does a refresh everyday and any IP addresses that are not in use at that time get put back in a pool so to speak.  Then as others connect those IP addresses are given back out.

I also use a sattelite ISP right now because we live in the country.  So every single time my internet goes out I end up with a new IP.  Not only that but it shows on the other end that I am using the internet in Texas when I am actually in Louisiana!!

This certainly seems UNFAIR to many BUT it does not affect me right now. However IF I changed Internet Service Providers, then I think it would. Which is UNFAIR, IF I understand this correctly.

This is also seems a bit outdated and behind the times. Especially with all the technology that is available today, and considering the fact that some competetive sites folllow a different protocol.  You gotta got keep up with the times and your competetion.

IT SEEMS TO ME THAT ONE'S PAYPAL ACCOUNT OR BANK ACCOUNT, AND/OR THAT THE CHECK IS MAILED TO YOUR ADDRESS AND IN YOUR NAME SHOULD  BE ENOUGH IDENTIFICATION TO PREVENT FRAUD.

I totally agree.  It should be one account per address and name.  Although I guess some would still get around the system.  Use their parents or childrens names and alternate addresses to have the checks mailed and do the offers twice.

Although, I do not see how they would have enough time!  It takes me forever to get through some of the offers and make a few cents!  So to do it twice just to get double seems a pain!

Keep in mind, it's the advertisers that dictate the requirements and restrictions.

It wouldn't hurt to find out what your IP address is - and have your friends do the same BEFORE you refer them (the ones that are in the dorm)

You can go to www.whatismyip.com to do this.

that makes sense! I don't think I will probably refer anyone in the dorm anyway, most of them probably would think it was silly or not worth their time...but this college kid realizes how great FC is!

People's IPs change all the time.  Some old accounts have hundreds of different IPs logged.  It's not a problem, and you don't need to notify us if you move or change ISPs.

The only issue with IPs is if multiple accounts exist at one given IP and those accounts are completing offers.  This is why we discourage the use of public or shared computers, because in many cases you never know who has used the computer/connection in the past.

As always, we evaluate your account and activity as a whole.  We can easily tell when someone is using FC in good faith, or bad faith, and that's generally the determining factor for cashout rejection.  In short - follow the spirit of the rules and be respectful to our advertisers, and you will not have any troubles.

Thanks to the administrator, it is good to know your account is looked at as a whole.  I, for one, am not techie at all and would have no clue how to change or manipulate my IP address.  It is what it is...lol.

Staying away from public computers is probably best for security purposes in the long run.  Keep your information safe & sound.  Let's make some money!
