daily cash emails not credited

how come my daily cash email not being credited everyday? only my PTC when before i go to the daily offers i confirm my daily cash emails first.

Hmm, they work fine for me.  Did you submit a support ticket?

The other day I didn't get my e-mail, but other than that they've all been crediting.

Oh I'm so confused!!!  My dailys don't get credited either. And what is a support ticket?!? Can anyone help me?

After clicking on it, are you keeping the window open for at least 60 seconds? You need to do that to get credit.

If the problem continues, you can submit a support ticket by clicking on "Support" at the top of the FC main page. You might want to check out the tutorial videos (link on the main page), to make sure you are doing everything correctly. Hope that helps.

After you click on the ad on the page, there should be a little box/pop-up that says, "Go to ..." otherwise it won't credit. I just keep refreshing that page or trying the link in my email until the pop-up comes up. Then, it will credit Hope that wasn't too confusing.
