Kohler if anyone made a ticket, it wasn't me.  No one edited my posts?  That's b.s., because as soon as I posted the link that I was told I could post, the link was deleted.  Blah blah blah.  Here's alittle something to put in your pipe and smoke...

It's stated in the terms that one has to have a genuine interest in the offers they do...  Duh, if one offer pays out $20, I believe that's enough to generate a GENUINE interest.  Considering most of these offers pay Fusion Cash upwards around 3x that amount you would think you would push your advertisers to pay out and fulfil their end of the bargain while you take a stand for YOUR members in the process.  Because if it weren't for us members, you wouldn't have what you have right now.

The truth is, Kohler, that there's other sites floating around like this, one in particular that will credit your account even before they receive credit from the advertiser, because they, too, know what it's like being screwed by the "process."  Luck of the draw?  Call it what you will.  You're just a "middle man" and most middle men assume the position of doing whatever it takes to protect their integrity.

We spend our hard earned money just so you don't have to, but we're told to shut up and take it if we're wronged in the process and we speak up about it.  That was the point of the "freedom of speech" thread I created.  The one that most didn't realize that I was taking a stand for them.  If it wasn't for these people filling out these hour long surveys, one after another after another after another for a .25, you can't tell me you like it, because I know it sucks entering the same info time after time, then fusion cash wouldn't have a leg to stand on.

Think of all the potential income you've lost, because you have jackholes roaming around to jump on someone who says, "is this site for real?"  The response is generally, "yeah and if you don't like it, get out!"  On other sites people are more encouraging to "newbies."  Offer any kind of advice they have to offer to help the new kid out.  Instead you have people taking the "granny at the produce stand" approach, saying anything they can to chase customers away so they can get the fresh fruits and veggies.

Fusioncash would have alot more if not for the way the staff and some of the other members act.  That's a fact and you know it is.  Plain and simple!!!

Joe, are you kidding me?

The ticket is on your user name, from your IP -- unless you have someone else accessing your account using your name at the end of the posts. No one has ever told someone to "get out" of this site, again you are making posts to excite everyone for no reason. Point in case, you made an empty threat and are now denying it, because you have been called out on the forum. And FusionCash is doing fine the way it is currently running, we are one of the most successful sites of our kind on the internet, and will continue to be.

So please tell me, who accessed your account, made this long drawn out post in the same way that you type on the forum? And how would someone else know about what your post in the forum was, why you were banned and that we called you a troll? If you want I can post the entire ticket for everyone to read that is full of empty threats. Again, I am tired of dealing with your posts that do nothing to add to the forum, you are looking for a reaction -- and this is the last one you will be getting. Any other posts that I or the Admin consider trolling, you will be banned from the forum and never allowed back on. There are people who have used FusionCash since we opened and have never complained, and some people on the forum who have never complained. This is OUR bushiness, not yours, stop telling us how to run our business and your quips like "put that in your pipe and smoke it", calling us "Hitler" as well as countless other things are going to end right here, right now.

This whole thread seems rather redundant, as the admin has already explained how this stuff works on multiple occasions as far as laws, rights, and what's fair.

"Thejoe2k8," must you really address your lack-of-attention issues on this forum, when there are hundreds of others on the internet who would welcome your controversial material?

EDIT Watch out guys, before you know it from what Kohler just stated he'll be denying ever starting this post. Keep at 'em.

You can post what you want, as long as it is within our rules. I just have no tolerance for people who "troll" for no good reason, or people who lie when caught.

The funny part is all of the doom and gloom prophesies, when we've been around longer than most reward sites (nearly 3 years) and have far more members than most (over a million).  We also pay out more per member than most established reward sites, and we pay straight cash.  That's why we keep going strong -- it's also why we get so many members from word of mouth and referral links.

And as for the allegations of nonlegitimate interest, the simple fact is that advertisers would ask us to remove their offers if they weren't making money.  And they don't make money when too many people cancel.  I cannot argue against SOME people failing to have a legitimate interest in signing up, but fortunately enough people play by the rules for us to keep on keepin' on.  Advertisers understand that you get some bad apples with the bunch and are prepared to deal with them.  It's a somewhat messy business but it can work out for everyone involved if people avoid getting greedy.
