How do I complete the "Rivers" offer?

Requirements:
Complete the survey until you reach the "Thank You" page"

It takes me to the www.cints.com webpage.

Same here. It just takes you to the cints.com page. I will try again tomorrow to see if the problem is fixed.

Interesting..same thing happened  2 me. Maybe a glitch with it.
