also, i think there should be a time limit to start a new topic by the same user. (like one per 5 min. etc.).
and why are threads able to be locked?

Threads are still able to be locked because the option to delete them, and thereby delete everyone's posts was taken away.

You can make suggestions to Admin.  They are the ones that set the rules and regs.  If someone is starting threads you don't want locked, then start your own, or don't post in theirs.

The last new set of icons we got were the  ones.  I wouldn't mind seeing some new and fresh emoticons added... especially some funny ones

I agree with the idea for more smileys but I disagree with the time limit idea, espeacially since we have this promotion to make money through posts, and as long as they fit the criteria specified in the the rules I say type on!
