We gave you answers plenty of times, but you keep asking the questions...if you don't accept those answers that's fine, but quit asking the same damn questions.

Yep - that would be it.  A lot of the "answers" aren't really answers at all; they're justifications, excuses, rationalizations, or my personal favorite , "just have faith and go ask god".

Your "tell me some proof" is nothing short of another chance to mock or explain away any miracle or anything positive pointing to the belief in God.

No, I really am curious how people can spend their whole lives devoted to the dogma and never see the problems with it/ignore them.  Please fill me in, otherwise I am left with thinking humanity is just weak and stupid (not a word I try to use that often because it offends, but it's true).

Since you made the connection with the "pearls" comment, and then you make the statement that we can craft God into anything we want, because he doesn't exist?  Uh, do you have any idea how contradictory you sound?  You have said countless times that there is no God, and the Bible is false, but every time you get a chance to use it for your own argument....you do.  So which is it?  I don't think you know yourself.

You were once a Christian (or so you say), so maybe you think that gives you some type of authority to pull through the mud what you willingly cast aside.  You made that choice.  Frankly, I think that's why your so full of hate and maliciousness.  So now your out to undermine anyone who holds dear what you so carelessly cast aside?

Those "taunts" you speak of just mean that it's getting your goat that there are genuine Christians who know that they may be called names to stand their ground for God.  That's nothing compared to what Jesus was called and "taunted" with.  Definitely not "insecurity."  You just keep "scratching your head."

qon, actually, I just asked a few posts back to not include marie's quote with mine where you combined both as mine.  I normally don't say anything about things like that because we all make mistakes.  But since you jumped annella about it, I just wanted to remind you that you do it, too.
And by the way, I still like you, too.  I just don't care for the "overboard strong word attacks" on Christians that believe in Jesus. The point being, it doesn't mess with your life in any way whatsoever for them to believe or not believe.

Oh, I knew that was coming.....pfttt  The way you were coming down on Jcribb didn't sound like there was a speck of kindness in your postings to her.  Guess what, I happen to appreciate Falconer, and forming a fondness and understanding for Walksalone and his struggle.  What does that have to do with the price of bread?  You put any title on me you want.  It still doesn't give you carte blanche to intimidate people just because they believe in God. Your like a vulture waiting to attack ANYBODY who even says they're a Christian, or alludes to it.

There's not a thing wrong with disagreeing with what someone says or what they believe.  Debating is an exchange of pros and cons on stances of said individuals involved in it.  When it comes to calling people stupid, silly, delusional, or worse names/titles, then it's not debating, it's mud slinging.

Annella, you just pointed something out I didn't even notice!!!!  I liked the owl picture, so I posted it.  I haven't taken the time to study his eyes until now when you said something about it.  That's neat how his eyes blink.  "Mysteriously"  Thanks!!!!

Do you think you know why I believe in God? It's not for what he can do for me or give me...it's more because of the fact that I find any of this unlikely without some kind of force or guiding hand. I believe with all my heart that there is something bigger, larger with an intelligence that is in complete control.

Yes Marie I can understand and it irritates me as well. But that is the mindset that many atheists and the like have about people who believe in God. It doesn't really matter though, other people's opinions do not define who we are. It is only what they think and since they are wrong, who cares right?
