Did the stamps offer about an hour ago.  have yet to check my account. Sometimes I feel like the amount of money you have to spend on trial offers outweighs the reward.  Anybody else feel this way??? ::)

Again, that is why you are supposed to be interested in the offer, so if you do not get credit (for whatever reason) you still want the service...sounds to me like you are just doing the offers for the money aspect and not out of true interest.

I have been credited. However should you cancel the service,be sure to get an e-mail from them saying you canceled and save it.I've had my card charged and refunded twice. If i did'nt have a copy of the 1st.cancelation notice i can't imagen the problem's i would have had. They charge @ the end of a billing cycle. And alway's read the term's of any purchase.

I just did stamps yesterday, this morning I saw they charged my account $14.95.  Went to site and read again!  It clearly states 4 week trail and no charge till after that??????  Calling them today.

They charge to make sure you have the money in the account for when the trial is up. When you cancel the trial or whatever, it will be credited back into your account.

Hi! Stamps should not take out of your account till after the 4 week trial. Someone mentioned that they take it out before just to make sure you have money in the account and then credit it back at the end of the trial period, Not True. Well, they didn't do me that way and if they did you this way and your money was not in the account and they make you go overdrawn, fight for it and demand that they refund your overdraft fee. I did this just today with another company who was not suppose to take money out of my account and I demanded my money back because I was told by a Person, yes a Person, that it was not going to be taken out of my account. By money I mean every bit they took out including my 20.00 overdraft fee, and they did. Don't let these companies screw you, just do what I did and hope it works.

Thanks, I talked with them, and they said, Well its just a hold on your money.  But I still dont have ACCESS to that money for 4 weeks, so in other words, its still NOT THERE, its just not in their account yet.  Careful on the CC offers people,  doing them,  always make sure you have the money to spare.  Overdrafts suck and defeat the whole purpose of being here!!

I did the stamps.com offer and my FC account was credited within 5 minutes. Stamps.com did a "pending" debit on my bank account. When I checked my bank account a $15.94 debit amount was pending but never went through. I did call stamps.com about it and they told me that it would remain pending until the 4 week trial was over and then it would actually come out of my account.

I completed the offer, and got credited. It took about 3 or 4 days to credit, but I noticed that was about the time it took for them to process my transaction. I recieved the stamps yesterday, and they are beautiful!! They are a great idea for christmas cards or birthday invitations  :)
