Well if it's possibly stress related, why don't you do something that you find relaxing.  I know you said you are a person that can't sit still, but relaxing doesn't necessarily mean you have to just sit and do nothing.  What do you find relaxing, but still productive?  If you can't think of anything my suggestion would be to read a book or the newspaper, you can sit down, but still be doing something.  If you are a person that has to be moving then you can clean and do a bunch of chores until your body is so worn out that you have to relax.  Or if none are options maybe you can just take a sleeping pill, you'll be knocked out before you know it and your body will be able to relax without you having the urge to do something.

Do you drink alot of caffeine, or smoke cigarettes by chance? I had a heart murmur once, and the doctor said too much of either of those can cause that side affect as well. As far as not being able to sit long, that kind of sounds like restless legs or some type of anxiety. I have to agree that finding something to do that makes you relax or something you enjoy may help take your mind off it, or make the symptoms go down from the relief of stress.

Did any of the doctors ever diagnose you with chronic fatigue?  Or fibromyalgia?  Low thyroid (subclinical)

If that being the case, there's a few things that could be done and tried out.

I can't post links, of course, but I can drop names for you to do a Google search on...

Doctor Brice E. Vickery, Serrapeptase systemic enzymes, NeuroCranial Restructuring (NCR) by Dr. Dean Howell, Wilson's thyroid symdrome (Dr. Dennis Wilson, MD).

Also a good Blair chiropractor could possibly help.  There's a lot more, but I don't want to do any grandstanding here.  If you want more detailed information, you can PM me here.

We have no vested interest in any of the above suggestions.  My spouse and I used to work for a well known natural doctor, and we both helped a lot of people in similar situation by getting them to the right practitioners for their particular concerns.  Some gentleman had a 30 year allergy and my spouse suggested he give up all dairy for awhile to see if that was causing the problem, and sure enough, it was.  You know, things like that.

Hope that whatever it is, it can be reversed and you can have vibrant health.

Fatigue could be many things - if your situation is you've just recently feeling thing, something out of the ordinary, not a chronic thing that's been going on for months - could be stress related (stress not giving you a good night sleep).  I know when I have things on my mind I don't get to that proper REM state so I'm still tired no matter how long I was "asleep".  With me, another trigger for fatigue is iron deficiency - sometimes if I don't get enough iron, I get really fatigued - I'm awake, but my body just doesn't have energy.  If you think this may be it, find some high iron foods and be sure to eat some each day for a couple days to see if that helps.  If you are a meat eater - get a good burger, roast beef or steak.  If you are vegetarian - maybe others on the board can recommend some good high iron veggies.

For the chest pains - again, not knowing specifics or duration, could be various things.  Stress can cause you to tighten your chest which could cause pain.  Deep breathing can help with the stress and help expand your ribcage to try to relax it.  Try stretching your upper body and arms - side stretches, or if you have a ball lay on your back and let your arms hang to try to stretch your chest out.

Once I had issues with my chest and the doctors suggested maybe I irritated the cartilage on my ribcage which would put pressure on your chest and cause pain.  Turned out my issue wasn't that, but that my spine between my shoulders was twisted out of alignment.  I ended up getting checked out by a chiropractor and once they straightened out my back, the pain went away.

Not sure if any of these apply to you - but maybe they'll give you some other options to explore.

Wish you well!

Yes, it could be a bio-mechanical or structural problem.  I would have the ribheads go out and get stuck, and the chiropractor would have to put them back in.  Depending on which side goes out, could also reflect an energy imbalance/blockage in one of the organs (right side, liver weakeness, liver qi congestion, left side pancreas weakness)
Sometimes it could be a wrong food combination (animal protein with carbs) that could cause an energy disruption or weakness in an organ.

Also, B vitamins are good for fatigue too.  Like a sublingual Methylcobalamin B-12 supplement.

There are alternative practitioners that have biofeedback devices that can find deficiencies, energy imbalances, pathogens, and can detect things down to a cellular level.  Devices such as Best Biomerdian, QXCI, F-Scans, Quantum Life, etc...

I have personally been tested on a Best Biomerdian system and an F-Scan.  Simple Kinesiology can test for alot of things and can also do correction via same method.  I think it's called Synergistic Kinesiology.

It's amazing the number of high tech devices that are out there now in the alternative/holistic health field.

I am very sorry to hear that you are not feeling so great! The best advice I can offer anyone who going through what you are going through is to always seek a second, third or as many opinions from doctors as you can. Never give up when it comes to finding out what is the matter with your body. No one knows your body like you do and don't take no or the fact that you may be crazy as an answer. Please keep on fighting for yourself, because for 5 years I was told that I was crazy because my symptoms did not conform to what the average doctor thought was normal. No one is suppose to be normal and being normal would surely make your life boring!

Butterfly if you changed the cigs you smoked and part of the problem started at that time and you still need to amoke you need to go back to the cigs you were smoking before. A friend of mine had a similar problem and she went back to her normal brand and for the most parts the symptons went away. You can see if that helps.

Well I can tell you that for myself the fatigue I was diagnosed with was the Estine Bar Virus  Get them to check your tiders this is done with blood work.  I have started taking Vitamin D3 and trying to get plenty of rest which is almost never for me so trying to get it to go back to a dormant state is very hard.  I understand that everyone has this but not eveyone's get activated.  Mine was activated due to high levels of stress and just totally running myself til I had nothing left.  My immunie system crashed almost totally and I still have to fight with that from time to time.  I had this happen due to my husband getting sick and me doing whatever I had to, to be able to be there with and for him.  It a long story but get this checked and do anything you can to try to relax b/c if you do have raised tiders in this it can lead to lots of problems.  I have fibromylagia that also hit me hard due to my system getting so far down.  I can only wish you the best.  Hope they can find out what is happening for you.  Do like my nephew says take a chill pill aunt karen.
