Denied referral bonus

Can anybody let me know the reason for denial of referral bonus of one of my referral after 15 days of referral joining

it was just referral bonus not offer completion bonus

Those were my thoughts as well. It would be best just to contact admin to find out. I'm sure there is a reason, I have never had that occur.

They might have tried to register more than once.

Even if this happened, I don't think FC would punish the referrer.

Did they use the same computer or network that you use?

It could be for a number of reasons. Multiple accounts, completely false info when registering, using ways or faking your location, etc, etc. I had 4 referral bonus denials for last month. I'm not worried about it

Being a site owner myself, I see MANY dishonest people out there who try to fraud this industry.

Almost always it is from registering from an IP address that is on file.

ONE FC user allowed PER address, PER computer.

Email support and find out, no one is going to be able to answer for you.

  dont worry your not the only one with problems. i cannot get credited for a few serveys, that = one hour of mine lost they do seem to wast a little of your time 4 what little they pay you !!!!

It happens primarily because the person did not complete the requirements:  email confirmation; telephone verification (have to be US resident); complete one offer.  Yes, they must complete one offer -- and the daily $.15 doesn't count for this -- but a survey would.

I have 5 listed referrals (from ads - not people I know) and I suspect all of them are non-US residents so I haven't received a bonus for them eithor.

One or more of your referral bonuses were denied because the referrals were not unique and valid users as defined in the Terms of Service.
This means that they either entered false information, live out of the United States, or are otherwise ineligible accounts (such as being multiple accounts of one user).
