Who loved Step Up 2: The Streets?
« on: February 20, 2008, 07:45:17 pm »
As a big fan of dance movies, I thought this was one of the best movies I've seen. I've started liking some of the music after seeing the dances to them. They were amazing. Who else liked the movie?

i have no idea to what youre talking about.

Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers made "dance movies".... if its one of those hippity hoppity things, i find more fun staring at a blank spot on my office wall.

that was a good movie.

interestingly.... my co-worker brought that one the other night to work.... and another.

guess which one?

Step Up 2: The Streets!!!!!!!! (she has some teen daughters)

well, she had Step Up 2 to the side while she told me about "jumper"..... i said, sure that sounds good. but what do you have there?

she showed me.... i thought of this thread and busted out laughing.

i said..... "toni......"

she said..... "i know! i know!"

as she was leaving out i told her.... "you know by watching those teen movies, your I.Q. level drops 10 points by the minute."

 ;D

solving the worlds problems with "dance" just doesnt appeal to me.

it takes guns.... BIG GUNS.... and many of them.

"the brave one" with jodie foster .... a 2008 version of the great charles bronsons "death wish" was good.... it was just alittle too "feely" for me.

well, those who act, sing, dance, paint (the ARTS) don't necessarily require brains. ^_^ Thats how I see it (don't bash on me for that opinion). But yeah, I just find it really cool. I'm not a dancer, but I would love to be able to dance in some form or another rather than going to a club to grind.... which is something I don't do... So, yeah.. If you ever checked out youtube and looked at hip-hop dance and saw the asians dancing hip-hop, there are SIX to TEN year olds spinning on their heads and doing all that stuff. Frankly, that just amazes me.
