How to get a thread locked, unlocked, and relocked

I guess I should apologize to all of you since my comment seemed to be the one that got the (now) famous
"If you believe in God, You're a retard" thread locked gain. I guess I went too far off topic and it was HER thread, but no one was on topic. I guess the OP was on topic though because she was talking about earnings banners and a lot of other things that had to do with the topic 100%.
So, here's my 'so sorry' to all who are upset with me over this.

Now, would you all please stay on topic in MY thread?

I have to take off for work, but I wanted to say this also. If I get on here in the morning, and any of you have gone off topic, I WILL tell you to STFU ie Stop Touting French Underwear! It's bad for the U.S. economy and this country is already in a whole heap of trouble.

Or just start a thread with the same title as the locked one with "cont." next to it. Then start the topic with the last quote of said locked thread.
