is anyone else have error intilizing notices

i have went to survey sites an some have error intizing errors. I just wonder if its computer glich or what?

I have been getting it in My Thought Counts survey yes.

yes, that is the site that has the message so do you know who to report that too? I am glad to know that other people have been getting that message too.

This has happened to others with MTCs surveys.

Suggest you send a TT to FC to see if they can get MTC to check into the problem.  The more people who let FC know, the better chance of getting an improvement from MTC.

Yes in my thoughts all the time.  Hope it gets worked out soon.  Not sure what problem is there.

This problem just started happening for me in the last 2 weeks. I have never had a problem with the MTC surveys before, usually complete and get credit. I discovered a 'solution' the other day and it has worked all but a couple times.

When you get the error initializing user message, close out the survey, go back to the box for it on FC, and click it again. This seems to straighten it out, at least for me. Give it a try and see if it helps.

Finally got MTC to open up and was able to complete and get credited all within a 15 minute window... I closed it out 3 times and on the 4th try the Error Initializing Message did not show up and everything went thru correctly!
