ssi and survey head

I haven't been able to get into surveyhead since Sept 7th.  As soon as I click on it it gives me the "Sorry" screen.  All of the others are okay and let me do a survey every few days.

I have exactly the same issue.  I just started on this site on Sept. 10th, and although I can get surveys I qualify for and complete on SSI and MyThoughtCounts every day-every other day, I have yet to qualify for a single Surveyhead yet.  I've had multiple days in a row where it also goes directly to the, "sorry, we have no surveys for you".  How do they "know" there are no surveys for me, if they didn't ask me any questions?  It's not that there are no surveys, because I can come on the forums and see the people that post they got credit for it that day.  I clear cookies between every offer I complete, so that's not it either.  Surveyhead is just not my friend

The funny thing about it is....I've completed surveys on both ssi and surveyhead twice since I wrote that.  Maybe you just have to grumble out loud about it now and then....

just let them sit after you finish and it should credit you

i just did my thought counts a few minutes ago and spent over 30 minutes on one survey, nothing is showing yet....any idea how long it's going to take it to show up?

I spent 1/2hr doing SSI and no credit so far.

it takes awhile to get credited.....we just need to be patient ..thats all

I've been having some pretty good luck with the surveys lately. I don't necessarily qualify every day, but I have received credit for all the ones I've completed. I think the key is leaving the browser window open until it credits....either check it on the account page in a separate window, or if you have the tool bar installed, it will show up there.

I have had the same problem. I get all the way through the survey and I am not getting credit for them. Can anyone tell me why that is?
