Queenofnines is well versed in atheism (if you want to consider that a religion). Walksalone is Native American (although I'm sure he'll probably have a better way to describe his faith than me). I'm Jewish. You can learn much here...all you've got to do is ask. 
Amy, I appreciate your helpful intent here and your innocence in your
reply to tho OP. Please do not take my response in any personal manner
as that is most certainly not my intent.
There are hundreds of Indigenous Nations here on Turtle Island most with very different
Spiritual Traditions. Then even within some Nations you have
"Traditionals" as well as "progressives" therefore it would be
impossible to speak for them all and very disrespectful even if that
possibility did in fact exist.
I am "Traditional Tsalagi". Also I am
an activist and Warrior for the People and not a Spiritual Leader.
Then too our utmost concern as far as our traditions are, is
to respect and protect their preservation in a totally authentic
unadulterated and un-bastardized state, therefor even our "traditional"
Spiritual Leaders are very cautious of where how and to whom they
speak on the subject and never in a totally uncontrolled public forum.
Our various traditions both Spiritual and otherwise are a big part of
what makes us a unique and distinct people.
For over 500 years now there have been
ongoing serious efforts to steal from us that individuality and right
to simply just be who we are. We are the victims of such genocidal
practices as attempted extinction, forced sterilization procedures, our
children were mandated out of the home and into chrisitian residential
boarding schools right up until the 1970s where they were immediately
stripped of traditional clothes, their hair was cut short, they were
forced to assume "christian names", forbidden to speak their
traditional languages with severe beatings for minor infractions along
with being forced to kneel in a corner in a praying position all night
and many children were abused in the most inhumane despicable and
vulgar manner imaginable. There were several thousands of these
children who went off to the boarding schools and simply disappeared
and were never heard from again.
I could go on and on here and providedocumented proof of all this and much much more but Im sure youget the picture.
The point being that there have and continue to be
these and other efforts to disrespect our traditions from forced
assimilation attempts to mass murders to people telling us continually
to just get over it already or condescendingly to "get the chip off of
your shoulder". However we continue to honor our Ancestors and their
great sacrifices for steadfastly refusing to give up our identity by
continuing to protect and preserve in its pristine state our Sacred
traditions.
So far just in this thread there have been two members who
have egotistically tried to play the religious expert. one with no
knowledge and the other after a one night google party. This is the
prime way for misinformation, bastardization and out right fraudulent
attempts to deceive to occur.
Therefor I must humbly decline your
invitation to conduct any weekend warrior101 courses but thank you
much the same.
