If a celebrity makes a sex tape, it can be published in sex tape shops against their permission and is not illegal to do so   (Kendra and Paris Hilton)

There is Porno movies, sex shops, strip clubs, sex toys, dirty magazines, (sex scenes in R rated movies, In PG 13 movies and sometimes it is teenagers)  

I'll think of more but this stuff makes no sense...being the religious person I am this stuff is also horrible!

I totally agree its wrong and evil just another sign.....however The celebrity sex tapes (at least most) i doubt are with out permission since they both in the example you gave receive royalties for the sales.  They just whine for good measure.  Still gross and wrong.
