Help not getting credited for Stride Gum Video and facebook app

I've watched this video at least 5 times now and added app.
 I have deleted app and done it again but I'm not receiving credit.
Is this happening to anyone else?

I watched the video and installed the app on my facebook page.  Fortunately, I received the credit.  Sorry you didn't get the credit! 

I hate when that happens!     Did you try clearing out your cookies and browser history?

I too watched and downloaded the app and I haven't gotten credit either, I did the butterfinger one too and didn't get credit for it either/
