Its really not that long its not hard to get to cash out minimum each month by doing the daily offers and surveys, and participating in the forum for the bonus and knowledge from other members.  Best advice I can give is to do your dailies every day and any other free offers that might be available.  And getting referrals really helps increase your earnings.  Have patience it gets easier after you learn your way around.

There really is no faster way to earn in FC that I know of, unless you are able to recruit a lot of friends for referrals credit or complete a lot of offers. personally I'm not that great and neither, yeah I would love to earn a bit faster too, but slow and steady earnings is better then nothing at all.

Its hard to estimate because it depends on how much effort and time you have to put into it.  I average anywhere from 25-40 a month just taking my time and doing the dailies without referrals.  Of course with referrals that increases. I don't have a lot of time to put towards getting referrals as I home-school our daughter but it does help a lot to increase your earnings.
