I am new and struggling
« on: August 28, 2010, 02:09:39 pm »
I have completed many surveys and I only received credit for a few of them.  What am I doing wrong?

Thank you in advance!

Maybe nothing, but you might try clearing your cookies often and also some say to leave the survey page open for a few minutes after it says you have completed it.  I know it's annoying to do the work for nothing, but it happens to all of us now and then :BangHead: :BangHead: Good luck, and I hope you enjoy this site like I do.

Also, don't do them to quickly or you won't receive credit. Keep going through them as well.  If you didn't qualify keep going and you will eventually get one that might work.

I know it could be frustrating  ::). I have the same problems sometimes. Even if I complete a whole offer I still don't get credit. I will also try clearing my cookies. Thank you.

if the computer detects any signs of dishonesty. it does not credit you so all you answers have to be the same pretty much.  :BangHead: lol

Ummm... yes, you should always answer the surveys truthfully. Also, don't rush through them. I know sometimes they're repetitive, but just hang in there and keep trying!

Thank you all for your advice. Since my initial post I cashed out my first check for $29 now I am awaiting payment. I did notice that my cashout amount went down to $28 but it is what it is.

Thank you all!

I had the same problem to day. I did a survey. I answered it pretty quickly but honest and I did not get my credit. I should have clear my cookies. Next time I will do so.

You may have went through it too fast. If it tells you at the first how long it should take, make sure you take that amount of time to do it (or even a little bit longer). I look at the time when I start one and if seems like I may be going too fast, I will get up to get a drink or a quick snack and then finish the survey. Also, you can't go through it really fast then take a break close to the end of the survey. If you've went through it too fast at the first, you probably have already been disqualified. They won't let you know most of the time either. Sometimes they will say that you don't qualify and kick you off early but most of the time you'll be able to finish and they simply won't pay you for it.
