I do! However I have the problem of not finishing larger projects, though. My husband likes to make fun of the gobs of unfinished blankets in the hobby room. I usually crochet blankets and purses. I have several friends with babies, so they've been loving the blankets, purses, and diaper bags I've sent their way.

I loveee to crochet and knit :) I crochet everything I can think of. Since I don't really use patterns just what ever comes to mind. I make booties, baby high tops, sweaters, pants, purses, blankets, hats, gloves, cell phone covers, I made a screen cover for my pc :) and much more  ;D

EDIT: here are a couple pics of what I have made :)

Here is an idea for the unfinished stuff. It make lookm odd but try putting them all together as one or two big blankets or throws.

I remember when i was younger maybe 14-16 my mom would see a table cloth she like at a friends house and she would tell me "copy this for me" lol so I would just look at it and come up wt a sample for her to follow at home hehe.. SHe was the one that taught me so I hdid it gladly. lol

I am so happy to find fellow crocheters here at FC I crochet all kinds of thing sweaters, blankets, hot pads, afghans but my biggest problem is finishing I always seem to have two or three projects going at once.
I have a ton of patterns and at one time I belonged to a group of crocheters we met once a week and it was great fun we exchanged ideas and helpful hints and one of the ladies was an instructor at one of our local stores that sells yarn. We could all start our on crochet exchange??? Do I have an interested parties????

I knit  once in a while but I don't crotchet.

I crochet also....in my spare time.....LOL  Seriously I've been doing it since a young girl.  Working on a bedspread right now, and some scarves/hats for my grandsons for Christmas.  My specialty is rugs.  The thick cotton thread makes great rugs.

Here's my question:  In a McCalls magazine between 1974 and 1976, they put out a blouse pattern for crocheting.  It was a victorian style with a high neck, a spider web pattern yoke, etc.  There was a picture of a girl wearing the blouse and a plaid taffeta skirt.  Something you would wear for Christmas.  The blouse was so intricate and heirloom quality after finished.

I've lost the pattern...lost lost lost lost.  Does anyone by chance have this pattern?  Can't find it on the net, I've looked.  It's a long shot, but thought I'd ask.

I wish! I know that sound crazy coming from a teenager, but I think crocheting would be really cool.  I'm not good at crafts though. I'd just like to try it to see if I'm any good.

Do you remember what the cover of the magazine has on i? I know sounds crazy but sounds like you have a good mind for details.
