It's almost THAT time of the year!!

Sooooo!!! Christmas is creeping up on us once again it is time to go shopping for gifts for our loved ones. Last year was a good year gift wise for my fam I was able to get everyone something(a few things). So this year I plan on starting early as well. Might even start this week end. I am hoping we will all get together I ahve a game in mind that might make it even more fun

Christmas gift game. ( I got this from a chic on youtube)

So the game goes something like this:

Every person that wants to participate brings a random gift. Lets say you have 10 people participating. You will write down the numbers 1-10 on pieces of paper to draw from a hat or bowl. each person takes a piece of paper(number).

Number 1 goes first(ofcourse) he/she picks a gift opens it and we go one to the next person #2 gets to pick from all 10 gifts which includes #1's gift haha... and so on.. I guess the only person that gets what they really like is #10 lol... hopefully there wont be any sore loosers lol

We have done this a couple of years ago with the picking names it was fun

1. I am spending Christmas with my Hubby and my babies enjoying each other..
2.My kids like guess that christmas song.. lol we play every year and we hide gifts and give clues..and have numbered candy canes with special gifts you recieve for finding them..Also a old german tradition hide the pickle it is a ornament shaped like a pickle and who ever finds it gets a special treat
3. I usually start in August but may start later this year due to school starting so early here

We play this game at Xmas. We call it the "grab bag." The important thing to remember is: all gifts must be unisex, otherwise they need to be labeled girls/guys!
1.)possibly flying home as an Xmas present from my parents
2.)yes
3.)very close to Xmas, otherwise I give out gifts too early

We do this too with one little difference...the number one person gets to swap with whoever they want at the end cause they didn't have any swapping choice when they started

Yes I will keep that im mind about labeling gender specific gifts. What other games do you play?

Sure you can use anything..But the ones with numbers I will have a little homemade box with cookies in it for one number I usually do three numbers
one will be a gift card..And one will be a stuffed animal ..The ornament I hide it deep in the tree or somewhere in the house and who ever finds gets a gift or money or whatever I come up with lmao.The gift one is my favorite we even make up silly clues hide a few gifts in really weird places lol

Well I had not thought about it until now I am making some gifts I had better get cracking so I will have them done in time I usually spend it with my family and we do not have any games maybe I will start one.
