   Ok I have a BIG QUESTION??? Now is it possible that I have found some of mine not crediting due lets say I clicked the offer opened and realized I was not able to follow thru @ the moment  ... and returned at a later time to fulfill??
  Any help would be appreciated!! Thanx in advance!

If you were unable to complete the registration, then when you DO complete it YOU MUST use the FC link!!!!!   I have a lot of offers that are in an unfinished state, due to the fact that I was unable to put them on my credit card until I made a payment, and so that's what I do.

No, that is not the reason that the offers have not credited.  You can click on an offer as many times as you like, but may only complete it once.  So, until you reach the Thank You or Congratulations page the offer has not actually registered.

  I did complete the offer... I already received it in the mail...I was just curious cause on a few that were CC orders I had to wait for my money to go in from paycheck before I used it!! guess i have to wait 3 more weeks???
