I actually like the smell of tobacco smoke, but I have severe asthma. For me, more than a few minutes of smoke can lead to bronchitis and lost workdays. If someone lights up, I must get away as fast as possible or put on a charcoal filter respirator. Before indoor smoking was banned, I remember having to rush out of cafes & restaurants because a group of smokers would come in & I knew they would probably tell me to f#$% off if  I asked them to stop!!!
