I would imagine that these credits should be instant. however, I have had a few people tell me they signed up under me, but I have not recv'd credit for completeing an offer or for them confirming an email.  Just curious, if their lieing, or if i just need to wait?

If your referral does everything right in my experince they are usually instant. In some cases referrals my not be valid for one reason or another usually more then one user per I.P address. If you are sure they have signed up under you should be able to see them in your referral box within your ACCOUNT page. If they are not there then it is possible that although they heard about FC through you they might have ommited your referral name when typing the link on their browser if this is the case you will most likely not get credited for these referrals.
