Do You Drink?

I drink a beer once in awhile but mostly I drink water or coffee. How about you?

I used to drink quite a bit when I was college age. then it came down to just on the weekends. Now, it's one beer once in a while. I like to drink, but I do not like how I feel the day after. Even if I am not hung over, I just feel tired and run down and dehydrated. I guess I'm getting old!

I used to drink but on Feb, 8th 1980 I stopped Because a drunk driver killed a member of my family..........to all those that do drink: PLEASE DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE!!

I drink soda, juice, and water. I don't need alcoholic beverages.

I may drink a Bud Light Lime every now and then but nothing on a regular basis.  My husband and I are always training for one bike race or another and drinking anything other than a heavily electrolyte drink is really out of the equation.

     I quit drinking Alcohol 16 months ago after suffering from Alcoholism for 30 long years of HELL!! I`m 47 years old, do the math!!! That`s why I am a Alcohol/Drug Counselor.    Now it`s coffee, Coke Cola, and Ice Tea.

Until 6:00 p.m. 8-2-08 I drank daily for 20 years, if I wasn't working I had a drink in my hand. On 8-2-08 my husband and I were on our Harley and we were T-boned by a SUV. I detoxed for 2 months in the hospital and haven't picked it up again - what a blessing -  a sober life.
