When do we get referral cash out payments?

Let's say my referrals have already cashed out for this month. When do I see my $5 bonus on my account for them cashing out?

Yeah. Referrals have told me they cashed out, but I'm wondering if I have to wait for their payment to go through first?

none of my referrals have cashed out yet. but im thinking probably 30 days after they cash out.

I notice mine coming about the 19th or a little after, but I have no idea which month they are for. I don't pay much attention since I now have bonuses 100 times bigger that occupy my time.

Once their cashout is approved, the bonus will appear in your account.  If we applied bonuses the moment your referral presses 'cashout', they could just cancel the cashout and re-cashout over and over, giving you as many $5 bonuses as you want.  They are paid out only upon cashout approval, which like oldbuddy said is around the 19th of the month.  Plenty of time left to cash it out for the next month.
